Asserts that asking with a state longer than
profile().max_state_chars still succeeds — truncation is the
adapter’s job, so an over-limit state must never surface as an error
to the caller.
A separate, opt-in check because it asks a second time: an
adapter test whose transport matches one scripted request exactly can
run classifier_conformance alone, and add this when its mock can
take the second call.
