Runs the harness-free fz commands from a standalone binary (no compiled-in venture): fz build <manifest>, which generates a harness; the manifest workflow — fz plan / deploy / add / init / verify — which works on the manifest and its records, not on compiled-in modules; and fz push, which reads the venture’s environment. Every other command needs the venture’s harness and says so.
