Selected Z80 opcodes.

For example a convenient argument to the Cpu::execute_instruction function or a return value from Io::irq_data.

Match instruction conditions with:

• JR cc opcode - Condition::from_jr_subset,
• other cc opcodes - Condition::from_code.
