This project builds [libfvad](https://github.com/dpirch/libfvad) - the WebRTC Voice-Activity-Detection Module - and provides a safe Rust API. A C compiler has to be installed. [cc-rs](https://github.com/alexcrichton/cc-rs) is used to invoke the compile command.
