TOR Client
A client for the local TOR instance.
Goals
- Determine if local TOR client is installed using CLI
- Connect with local instance using CLI
- Retrieve web page as a file over TOR using CLI
- Provide ability to launch as a network service and control its lifecycle
- Control local TOR instance using CLI
- Control local TOR instance as a service
- Support service_bus crate
- Support TOR hidden services
- Receive message over TOR using CLI
