Generate template Cargo project in Rust
NOTE:
`git` required.
# Usage
```
git clone https://github.com/zTgx/templateme.git
cd templateme
cargo install --path .
templateme --new proj_name
```
Template project's src tree :

and in `Cargo.toml` includings:
