Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
NotStarted

The VoteId in question has been reserved but is not yet open for voting (context is schedule)

Voting

The VoteState associated with the VoteId is open to voting by the given ShareId

Approved

The VoteState is approved, thereby unlocking the next VoteId if it wraps Some(VoteId)

Rejected

The VoteState is rejected and all dependent VoteIds are not opened
