Struct rapier3d::data::Coarena

source ·
pub struct Coarena<T> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A container for data associated to item existing into another Arena.

Implementations§

source§

impl<T> Coarena<T>

source

pub fn new() -> Self

A coarena with no element.

source

pub fn iter(&self) -> impl Iterator<Item = (Index, &T)>

Iterates through all the elements of this coarena.

source

pub fn get_unknown_gen(&self, index: u32) -> Option<&T>

Gets a specific element from the coarena without specifying its generation number.

It is strongly encouraged to use Coarena::get instead of this method because this method can suffer from the ABA problem.

source

pub fn remove(&mut self, index: Index, removed_value: T) -> Option<T>

Deletes an element for the coarena and returns its value.

This method will reset the value to the given removed_value.

source

pub fn get(&self, index: Index) -> Option<&T>

Gets a specific element from the coarena, if it exists.

source

pub fn get_mut(&mut self, index: Index) -> Option<&mut T>

Gets a mutable reference to a specific element from the coarena, if it exists.

source

pub fn insert(&mut self, a: Index, value: T)
where T: Clone + Default,

Inserts an element into this coarena.

source

pub fn ensure_element_exist(&mut self, a: Index, default: T) -> &mut T
where T: Clone,

Ensure that the given element exists in thihs coarena, and return its mutable reference.

source

pub fn ensure_pair_exists( &mut self, a: Index, b: Index, default: T, ) -> (&mut T, &mut T)
where T: Clone,

Ensure that elements at the two given indices exist in this coarena, and return their reference.

Missing elements are created automatically and initialized with the default value.

impl<T> Downcast for T
where T: Any,

source§

fn into_any(self: Box<T>) -> Box<dyn Any>

Convert Box<dyn Trait> (where Trait: Downcast) to Box<dyn Any>. Box<dyn Any> can then be further downcast into Box<ConcreteType> where ConcreteType implements Trait.
source§

fn into_any_rc(self: Rc<T>) -> Rc<dyn Any>

Convert Rc<Trait> (where Trait: Downcast) to Rc<Any>. Rc<Any> can then be further downcast into Rc<ConcreteType> where ConcreteType implements Trait.
source§

fn as_any(&self) -> &(dyn Any + 'static)

Convert &Trait (where Trait: Downcast) to &Any. This is needed since Rust cannot generate &Any’s vtable from &Trait’s.
source§

fn as_any_mut(&mut self) -> &mut (dyn Any + 'static)

Convert &mut Trait (where Trait: Downcast) to &Any. This is needed since Rust cannot generate &mut Any’s vtable from &mut Trait’s.
