A conditional phase gate by pi/4.

A conditional phase gate by pi/8.
CNOT
A controlled pauli X gate, first qubit is control.
SWAP
A swap gate between two qubits.
Rz(RotationObject<P>)
A conditional phase gate by RotationObject phase.
MAT(Vec<Complex<P>>)
A Generic Matrix
GlobalPhase(RotationObject<P>)
A global phase applied on this qubit. This normally doesn’t matter but can have an effect when we are conditioning them.
