Crate features

To avoid compiling unused dependencies, Poem gates certain features, all of which are disabled by default:

tempfile Support for tempfile
tower-compat Adapters for tower::Layer and tower::Service.

Safety

This crate uses #![forbid(unsafe_code)] to ensure everything is implemented in 100% Safe Rust.
