Whether the referenced procedure is global or local.

sum_name: u32

SUC of the name.

symbol_index: SymbolIndex

Symbol index of the referenced ProcedureSymbol.

Note that this symbol might be located in a different module.

module: Option<usize>

Index of the module in DebugInformation::modules containing the actual symbol.

name: Option<RawString<'t>>

Name of the procedure reference.
