Time it

cargo build --release --example main && /usr/bin/time -v target/release/examples/main ecuador-latest.osm.pbf

Run CI linter + recommendations + tests

cargo fmt -- --check && cargo clippy -- -D warnings -A clippy::ptr-arg && cargo test

Build pbf test file
