This applies to the CONTEXT_ARM, CONTEXT_PPC, CONTEXT_MIPS, CONTEXT_AMD64, CONTEXT_ARM64, CONTEXT_PPC64, CONTEXT_SPARC and CONTEXT_ARM64_OLD structs.
