Struct representing an alignment of 16384

This implements the Alignment trait and can also be used as a byte buffer of [u8; 16384]. Since AsBytes is implemented for a &[T: AsBytes] a &[A16384] can be used as a buffer of bytes that will always be aligned to at least 16384 bytes.
