Struct representing an alignment of 1024

This implements the Alignment trait and can also be used as a byte buffer of [u8; 1024]. Since AsBytes is implemented for a &[T: AsBytes] a &[A1024] can be used as a buffer of bytes that will always be aligned to at least 1024 bytes.
