Banned

The peer is currently banned.

ConnectionLimit(ConnectionLimit)

The configured limit for simultaneous outgoing connections has been reached.

InvalidAddress(Multiaddr)

The address given for dialing is invalid.

NoAddresses

NetworkBehaviour::addresses_of_peer returned no addresses for the peer to dial.
