Kradical Parsing

Parsers for the Electronic Dictionary Research and Development Group (EDRDG) radical decomposition files. JIS X 0212 and JIS X 0213 encodings are converted to UTF-8 and recommended radical replacements are applied. For more details about the original file formats, please see the notes.
