name of the package which called inwelling::to() in its build.rs.

manifest: PathBuf

path of Cargo.toml.

metadata: Value

metadata represented in Toml.

rs_paths: Option<Vec<PathBuf>>

.rs files under src/, examples/ and tests/ directories if dump_rs_file is true, otherwise None.
