Subdivide is an iterator of evenly sized nonempty, nonoverlapping ranges

Note that evenly sized means that the chunk sizes will be relatively evenly sized, for example 0..8 will be divided into ranges of 0..2, 2..5 and 5..8 (lengths 2, 3, 3 respectively).
