pub struct PropertyEnumToValueNameLinearTiny4Mapper<T> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A struct capable of looking up a property name from a value Access its data by calling Self::as_borrowed() and using the methods on PropertyEnumToValueNameLinearTiny4MapperBorrowed.

This mapper is used for properties with sequential values and names with four or fewer characters, like the Script short names. It may be obtained using methods like Script::get_enum_to_short_name_mapper().

Example

use icu::properties::Script;
use tinystr::tinystr;

let lookup =
    Script::get_enum_to_short_name_mapper(&icu_testdata::unstable())
        .expect("The data should be valid");
let lookup = lookup.as_borrowed();
assert_eq!(lookup.get(Script::Brahmi), Some(tinystr!(4, "Brah")));
assert_eq!(lookup.get(Script::Hangul), Some(tinystr!(4, "Hang")));

Implementations§

source§

impl<T: TrieValue> PropertyEnumToValueNameLinearTiny4Mapper<T>

source

pub fn as_borrowed( &self ) -> PropertyEnumToValueNameLinearTiny4MapperBorrowed<'_, T>

Construct a borrowed version of this type that can be queried.

This avoids a potential small underlying cost per API call (like get_static()) by consolidating it up front.
