The replica certificate for the last block hash (see https://internetcomputer.org/docs/current/references/ic-interface-spec#certification-encoding). Not available when querying blocks from a canister.

blocks: Vec<Block>

first_block_index: BlockIndex

The index of the first block in QueryBlocksResponse::blocks.

archived_blocks: Vec<ArchivedBlockRange>
