Function name to sign.

cap_secret: Option<CapSecret>

Cap secret to sign.

payload: ExternIO

Payload to sign.

nonce: Nonce256Bits

Nonce to sign.

expires_at: Timestamp

Time after which this zome call MUST NOT be accepted.
