This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

The runner is online.
Offline
The runner is offline.
Stale
The runner has not contacted GitLab in a while.
Per-instance defined, but defaults to 3 months.
NeverContacted
The runner is registered, but has never contacted GitLab.
