A suite of procedural macros for the gantz crate.

Currently includes:

- **GantzNode**: simplifies the creation of gantz nodes by generating code
  necessary for interoperation with the gantz graph.
- **GantzNode_**: The same as **GantzNode** but for use internally within the
  gantz crate itself.
