A convertor between numbers and strings in Base62.

This library using the Base62 index table on Wikipedia, which is in the order of "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz0123456789" that familiar with Base64.
