Crate ax_task

Crate ax_task

Source
Expand description

OS-independent task scheduling primitives.

The crate owns no global scheduler state. Operating systems create an explicit runtime::TaskSystem and one pinned runtime::cpu::CpuLocal object for every online CPU.

Modulesยง

diagnostics
Feature-gated scheduler observations, independent of scheduling policy.
executor
Single-owner coroutine execution with interrupt-safe wake publication.
runtime
Operating-system capability boundary owned by the scheduler runtime.
sched
Scheduling policy, CPU placement and runtime accounting.
sync
Scheduler-owned locks, wait queues and IRQ waiting.
thread
Thread identity, lifecycle and generation-valid management handles.
time
Monotonic time and owner-CPU timer callbacks.
