# aws-sdk-connectcontactlens
**Please Note: The SDK is currently in Developer Preview and is intended strictly for
feedback purposes only. Do not use this SDK for production workloads.**
Contact Lens for Amazon Connect enables you to analyze conversations between customer and agents, by using speech transcription, natural language processing, and intelligent search capabilities. It performs sentiment analysis, detects issues, and enables you to automatically categorize contacts.
Contact Lens for Amazon Connect provides both real-time and post-call analytics of customer-agent conversations. For more information, see [Analyze conversations using Contact Lens](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/analyze-conversations.html) in the _Amazon Connect Administrator Guide_.
## Getting Started

The SDK provides one crate per AWS service. You must add [Tokio](https://crates.io/crates/tokio)
as a dependency within your Rust project to execute asynchronous code. To add `aws-sdk-connectcontactlens` to
your project, add the following to your **Cargo.toml** file:
```toml
[dependencies]
aws-config = "0.11.0"
aws-sdk-connectcontactlens = "0.11.0"
tokio = { version = "1", features = ["full"] }
```

[Developer Guide](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-rust/latest/dg/welcome.html). Feel free to suggest
