Task type that asks the worker which wire-protocol features it implements.
Answered before any plugin code loads. A worker predating the handshake
replies {"status":"error","message":"task type not supported."}, which the
host reads as “no features” rather than as a transport fault — see
WorkerClient::capabilities.
