The file carries a FROZEN GENOME (header.genome): the reader
recomputes trunk_hash from the directory, arch, vocab and
tokenizer bundle and refuses the file on mismatch — the trunk cannot
change without a new genome. Derived from content by every writer.
Numbered 1 << 13 since 0.8.1 (unreleased embryo-o1 builds: 1 << 8,
which released readers know as PRISM_AFFINE).
