Function process_alive 

pub fn process_alive(pid: i32) -> bool

Return whether pid is positively alive: true for alive and false for dead. Panics with the PID and reason when liveness is unknown, including on unsupported platforms. Linux zombies are dead. Use this for assertions and wait_until_gone when waiting.
