Crate cortexkit_rich_ui_syntax 

A bounded syntax front end for rich UI language v1.

Reference discovery walks the returned syntax tree; it never scans strings from data, Markdown destinations, or failed tags a second time.

Original UTF-8 byte offsets, including a leading BOM if one was supplied.

StreamParser

Collects a streamed source and parses it once, when finish is called. Bytes beyond the mode’s size limit (plus a three-byte margin) are counted but not kept, and finish then marks the document shortened. No partial parse is offered while bytes are still arriving.
