Runtime-neutral channel abstractions for multi-platform agent messaging.
The public boundary deliberately models conversations, threads, receipts,
capabilities, and health without importing FUSE, a model SDK, or an async
runtime. A host can register any object-safe ChannelAdapter and route
every inbound message into its own durable multi-turn session model.

Modules§
Structs§
- Attachment
- A remote attachment represented by a retrievable URL.
- Channel
Capabilities - Features that an adapter can expose without platform-specific branching.
- Channel
Envelope - One framed event crossing a channel host boundary.
- Channel
Health - Health result that can be surfaced without leaking credentials.
- Channel
Id - Canonical adapter identifier, such as
telegramorslack. - Channel
Registry - Thread-safe collection of named channel adapters.
- Channel
Session Route - Deterministic mapping from a remote conversation to an agent session name.
- Conversation
Id - Platform-owned conversation identifier. It may contain opaque provider IDs.
- Delivery
Receipt - Provider-neutral acknowledgement for one outbound delivery.
- Inbound
Message - A message delivered by a channel adapter.
- Message
Body - Text plus optional platform-neutral attachment references.
- Message
Target - Stable destination identity used by both inbound and outbound messages.
- Outbound
Message - A message sent through a channel adapter.
- Participant
- Sender identity supplied by the platform adapter.
- Retry
Hint - Optional retry advice attached to a rate-limit failure.
Enums§
- Channel
Error - Stable failures returned by channel adapters and the registry.
- Channel
Event - Event kinds intentionally remain small; platform details stay in metadata.
- Health
State - Liveness of one adapter, separate from capability discovery.
Constants§
- CHANNEL_
ABI - Versioned JSON ABI shared by channel hosts and agent software.
Traits§
- Channel
Adapter - Object-safe contract implemented by Telegram, Slack, Discord, or custom adapters.
Type Aliases§
- Channel
Future - Runtime-neutral future used by object-safe channel adapters.
- Channel
Stream - Owned asynchronous inbound stream returned by an adapter.
