Expand description

Search framework.jar for the value of a static int field.

class_desc uses DEX descriptor syntax, e.g. "Landroid/app/IActivityManager$Stub;".

Returns None if the JAR is unreadable, the class/field is absent, or the entry is compressed (DEFLATE — not expected for framework DEX).
