Crate configbuilder_pattern_validator 

configbuilder-pattern-validator — the validator domain’s trait contract (Validator, ValidatorOps, ValidatorBound, ValidatorError) and its tech-agnostic reference implementation: DefaultValidator (the { ops: Box<dyn ValidatorOps> } generic dispatch shell, renamed off *Impl here).

The real, filesystem-backed ValidatorOps implementor lives in configbuilder-svc-validator-spi instead.
