The global the loader module publishes the compiled Host module under.
Compiling is all the page does, and the reason the page has to do it at all is that
compiling is asynchronous while the boundary is not: the fetch has to have finished
before the Renderer’s main runs. Everything after it, the memory, the imports and the
entry point, is in the generated Kotlin, because only the Renderer’s own module can name
them.
