Coalesced wake used internally by the runtime’s scheduler waker.
The flag spans the moment of delivery, not the wait for the frame that answers it. The Renderer folds requests into its own frame clock, so however many arrive between two frames it draws once; holding the flag until the frame came back would instead mean that one request the Renderer was not yet listening for silenced every later one. That happens on a cold start, where the first composition can be seconds after the first worker request, and it leaves the application frozen with nothing to unfreeze it.
