A hairline between two rows of a grouped list.
One Divider under the name application code already uses. Nothing about the weight,
the colour or the inset is decided here: a Material rule, a Fluent layer stroke and an
Apple grouped-list separator are three different lines, and which one gets drawn is the
active design system’s answer rather than a constant this library holds.
color overrides that answer for the rare case where a list rules itself in something
other than the quiet edge. Leaving it unset is the usual thing to do.
