Function DatePicker

A date, as whole days since 1970-01-01.

The widget says what the value is and what range is allowed. How it is picked, a calendar grid, a wheel or a flyout, belongs to the design system, and there is no property that lets the Host ask for one of them.

Time zone, locale, the first day of the week and the display format stay in the Renderer, which is the only side that can read the platform’s settings. A format string crossing here would turn “follows the platform” into a claim the Renderer cannot keep.
