Utilities for working with futures.

Structs

AbortablePool

An unordered pool of futures that can be individually aborted.

Aborter

A handle that can be used to abort a specific future in an AbortablePool.

OptionFuture

An optional future that yields Poll::Pending when None. Useful within select! macros, where a future may be conditionally present.

Pool

An unordered pool of futures.

Shared

A cloneable future that drives F through whichever clone is polled and resolves every clone to a clone of its output.

WeakShared

A weak handle to a Shared that does not keep its future alive.

Threaded

The result of an operation that consumes and returns a value.

Functions

rebind

Runs an async operation that consumes the value in slot, then restores the returned value and yields any extra outputs (see Threaded).

rebind_entry

Runs an async operation that consumes the value at key in map, then restores the returned value under the original key and yields any extra outputs (see Threaded).

try_join_all

Runs futures concurrently, returning successful values in input order.
