Recursive rule engine for translating a meta-language links network.
Uses meta-language’s query/capture/template model. The evaluator adds named
rendering modes, conditional sections, variadic separators and indentation
shared with the npm 0.46.0 implementation. Rust meta-language 1.0.0 now has
recursive rendering too; the historical gaps and current status are recorded
in js/docs/meta-language-gaps.md.
