Module spatial_bvh 

BVH-backed SpatialBackend (WEFT-718 / ADR-056 Phase C).

Thin adapter: Arc<Mutex<BvhStore>> + optional ChainSink wired to the kernel ChainManager. Epoch versioning follows vector_hnsw.

EVENT_LOG_CAP

Most mutation events kept in memory; older ones are dropped and replay is reported as incomplete rather than wrong.
