Cross-node service registry query protocol (K6.3).
Defines request/response types for querying a remote node’s ServiceRegistry. Uses the ServiceApi pattern per K5 Symposium D13.

Query Service - RegistryQueryService exposes local service resolution via ServiceApi pattern. Registered as “registry” service, queryable by remote nodes.
