Expand description

Compute shadow-adjusted relevance for each node in the graph.

Recent nodes cast “shadows” that suppress older redundant nodes. A node’s shadow weight is decay_rate^(age * volatility) where age is current_epoch - node.created_at and volatility is the maximum edge-type volatility among the node’s incident edges.

Nodes within shadow_radius hops of a recent (high-weight) node have their weight further reduced proportionally, simulating the effect of newer evidence making older nearby evidence redundant.

Returns a map from NodeId to shadow-adjusted weight in [0.0, 1.0]. A weight of 0.0 means the node is fully shadowed and can be pruned.
