Module assessment 

Project assessment service for WeftOS kernel.

Provides automated codebase analysis: file scanning, complexity detection, >500-line warnings, TODO tracking, and optional tree-sitter symbol extraction. Supports peer linking for cross-project comparison and a pluggable analyzer registry (ADR-023) with 5 built-in analyzers.
