Parse a session JSONL into a flat Vec<ChatEvent> for chat-view rendering.

Mirrors parse_jsonl_entries’s skip rules:

  • Malformed lines silently skipped.
  • model: "<synthetic>" assistant messages skipped (internal routing, no real turn).
  • type:"user" with tool-result-only content is classified as ToolResult, not UserText.
  • Assistant messages dedup by message.id (Claude Code writes 2-3 streaming chunks with identical payloads).
