Deterministic classifier for Claude Code turns.
Classifies a single assistant turn into one of 13 activity categories based on the tools it invoked, any bash commands it ran, the preceding user message text, and the amount of text it produced. No LLM calls, no regex — just case-insensitive substring scanning. Mirrors the taxonomy from CodeBurn (github.com/AgentSeal/codeburn) with minor naming adjustments.
