Parses JSON string into ClaudeInput structure

Takes raw JSON input from stdin and deserializes it into a strongly typed ClaudeInput struct.

Arguments

• json_str - Raw JSON string to parse

Returns

• Ok(ClaudeInput) - Successfully parsed input
• Err - JSON parsing or validation failed
