statusLine.command for the binary installed in ~/.claude/statusline/bin/.

Claude Code runs the command through sh, Git Bash or, on Windows without Git Bash, PowerShell. A ~ path with forward slashes and no spaces runs unchanged in all of them; a quoted absolute path is only a string literal to PowerShell and spaces in the home directory would need quoting.
