CLASP.Rust is an initial published scaffold for a future Rust command-line argument sorting and parsing implementation.
No supported public API currently exists. The empty clasp module
published in 0.0.0 is withdrawn. Command-line parsing, application
helpers, public interfaces, tests, and usage examples belong to future
implementation work and are intentionally absent.
