Module ciri 

User-facing CLI entry point for the ciri binary.

This module owns argument parsing and orchestration for the user pipeline. Keeping it separate from src/bin/ciri.rs lets the binary remain a thin wrapper while the behaviorally sensitive logic stays testable in the library.
